Lead, Control & Process Assurance
Lekki Phase 1, Lagos • Monday – Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re hiring a proactive and meticulous Lead, Control & Process Assurance to champion strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity across the business. This role serves as the first line of defense in Sciart’s governance structure, leading audits, closing control gaps, and driving process discipline.
What You’ll Do
• Design and monitor control frameworks across departments
• Lead end-to-end process audits, walkthroughs, and risk assessments
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate internal control reviews and periodic audits
• Recommend and track remediation plans for control issues
• Support the risk team in enterprise-wide risk identification and monitoring
• Deliver trainings on internal control and compliance expectations
• Liaise with management and teams to ensure controls are well integrated
• Evaluate compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., CBN, NDIC, SEC)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
• ACA/ACCA/CIA certification (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in controls, audit, or risk management
• Familiarity with COSO frameworks, audit tools, or Power BI (an advantage)
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-team communication skills
• Prior experience in fintech or financial services is highly preferred
