Oluremi Ajose-Adeogun

Non-Executive Director

Oluremi has over 2 decades of Banking and Finance experience. She is currently the Executive Director Five Cowries Creek Condominiums Limited a property development company. She was previously a Deputy General Manager with First Bank of Nigeria overseeing their Corporate Banking Services and Conglomerates group. She is skilled in Business Planning, Risk Management, Customer Service, Banking, and Business Development. She is a strong operation professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) focused in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University.

Abiodun Odubola

Independent Non-Executive Director

Biodun has 30 years of commercial banking experience covering relationship management, risk management and audit, His career includes senior roles and leadership positions at blue chip financial institutions including First Bank of Nigeria of Limited, Citbank Nigeria, Citibank NA UK, Ecobank Nigeria and Metropolitan Bank Nigeria. He is the immediate past Chief Risk Officer of First Bank of Nigeria Limited, a role he held until 2016 when he retired as an Executive Director of the Bank. In 2016, Abiodun founded Camrose Nigeria Limited, a consulting firm that provides international firms and institutions with financial advisory services in risk, credit management, debt and equity raising. He earned a BSc. From University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Lagos. He currently sits in the board of several institutions including the Letshego Group where he serves as the Chairman of the Group Risk, Social and Ethics Committee.

Agba Eimunjeze

Non-Executive Director

Agba is currently Managing partner at Aarndale Solicitors; a leading full-service Commercial Law firm with a growing portfolio in Corporate and Commercial law particularly corporate finance, FDIs, project advisory, energy law, real estate and a vibrant litigation & dispute resolution practice. Prior to Aarndale Solicitors, he worked at three leading firms. Agba holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ibadan and has been an active member of the Nigeria Bar for over a decade. He is also a member of the International Bar Association.

Opeyemi Aiku

Non-Executive Director

Opeyemi has 16 years’ experience in Investment research, analysis, strategy and management including 9 years at Total E&P CPFA Limited where she currently serves as Head, Fixed Income & Research with Asset under management in excess of N300 Billion. Previously, she served as the Group Executive, Strategy and Research for Greenwich Trust Limited. She holds a BSc. In Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc. in Financial Analysis & Fund Management from the University of Exeter Business School, United Kingdom.

Adedapo Olawunmi

Non-Executive Director

He is currently the Managing partner at Defacto Capital & Trade Advisory Limited. Prior to founding Defacto, he had garnered 16 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector working with StanbicIBTC Bank Plc and FirstBank PLC. Adedapo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Executive Certificates in Digital Transformation and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from MIT Sloan School of Management and Stanford University respectively.

Ayoyinka Olajide-Awosedo

Company Secretary

Ayoyinka is a Partner at AARNDALE Solicitors heading the corporate/commercial practice department of the Firm. She represents AARNDALE as company secretary and legal advisor on the Boards of various companies both private and public and regularly advises on the incorporation of companies, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and corporate restructuring. She is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria and the National Assembly Business Environment Roundtable (NASSBER) Expert Network working with the Regulations task group. Ayoyinka is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and the International Bar Association. She has served as the Publicity Secretary for the Capital Markets Solicitors Association and is an active member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association (“SBL”) serving on the Training Committee and as Membership Secretary. She currently sits on the Council of the SBL as its Treasurer and is the Conference Planning Chair for the 2023 SBL Annual Business Law Conference. She has also written various articles including co-authoring the Nigerian Chapter of “Getting the Deal Through – Mergers and Acquisitions” in 2012 and 2013. Ayoyinka holds a Bachelors degree in Organisational Communication from Pepperdine University, California, USA and a Masters degree in International Commercial Law from Queen Mary University, London, United Kingdom. Prior to joining AARNDALE, Ayoyinka worked at Aelex Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators in the Corporate and Commercial and Banking and Finance departments and at Linklaters LLP in London with the Project Finance and Capital Market teams.
