I hereby apply for a credit facility with The Sciart Finance Company Limited (“Sciart Finance”). I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions governing the structure of Personal loans granted by Sciart Finance. I accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and hereby accept my liability to Sciart Finance. I understand that Sciart Finance may at its discretion, terminate this loan agreement completely or partially for breach of any of the Terms and Conditions without any notice to me, at which point all understanding obligations become due. I hereby declare that the information given is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
