IT Services Associate
Lekki Phase 1, Lagos • Monday – Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking an IT Services Associate to ensure seamless day-to-day tech support for staff and maintain
internal systems and infrastructure. This role is essential to powering the digital backbone of Sciart’s
operations.
What You’ll Do
• Provide first-level support on hardware, software, and networking issues
• Set up and maintain staff computers, printers, and other equipment
• Support server, network, and IT security system configuration
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and backups
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with procurement
• Implement software updates, patches, and backups
• Document IT procedures and manage support tickets
• Interface with external vendors for systems and troubleshooting
Qualifications
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with cloud tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of security best practices and IT compliance
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Azure Fundamentals are a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
